WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Jewelry Touch ships worldwide and regularly works with buyers in the United States, Europe and other international markets. Orders are quoted ex-factory, so shipping is arranged to suit your preferred method and destination, with freight and any import duties handled on the buyer's side. We can advise on packing and documentation to support your shipment.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Because our work is mainly custom and private label production, we do not offer consumer-style returns. Instead, quality is controlled against your approved sample, which becomes the production standard for the order. If a delivered order does not match the approved sample or agreed specifications, contact us and we will review the issue and agree on a resolution.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
Minimum order quantity depends on the type of project. For white label orders — existing designs with your own branding — we typically start from around 30 pieces per order. For full private label or custom designs, the minimum is usually 50 to 100 pieces, as new molds and development are involved. Final MOQ and pricing depend on the design, materials, stones and finish, and are confirmed when we quote your project.
