We ship our jewelry products worldwide via FedEx, our lowest cost option to date, or other international couriers.


Orders that arrive before 10am HKT typically go out the same day if stock lasts. Orders that arrive after this time will go out the next day. Shipping and payment confirmations may cause delays. This can vary during holiday season.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized product orders are handmade and packaged. Processing time for personalized and pre-order items may take longer, please reference the product page for more information.

Our personalized pieces are made-to-order and cannot be returned. All personalized products are final sale.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back with tags, in its original packaging accompanied by the sale confirmation. Currently, we offer exchanges for the same item. 


All refunds will be applied to the form of payment used on the original order. Store credits will be issued in the form of an e-gift card for www.jewelrytouch.com. We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees.

Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that has been used, worn or altered in any way and does not meet our return policy requirements.

To return a damaged item, please contact support@jewelrytouch.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We are unable to replace items that were purchased through our third-party vendors.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate an international return, please contact support@jewelrytouch.com.

CUSTOMS, TAXES & DUTIES

Depending on the total value of your order it may be subject to import tax and duty. We do not collect payment for any import taxes or duties on our website nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost. All charges associated with import tax and duties are solely the recipient’s responsibilities.

EU

  • If you are within the EU the estimated duty rates for importing jewelry are as below

  • Orders below €150 approximately $170 CIF Value (Cost, Insurance and Freight) are not subject to any import tax but still subject to the appropriate countries VAT rate (Value added tax).

  • For example, importing an order of jewelry into the UK where the total amount of the order including shipping is below €150, approximately $170, is subject to only 20% VAT (Value added tax)

  • Orders over €150 approximately $170 CIF Value (Cost, Insurance and Freight) are subject to 2.5% import tax and the appropriate countries VAT rate (Value added tax).

  • For example, importing an order of jewelry into the UK where the total amount of the order including shipping is over €150, approximately $170, is subject to 20% VAT (Value added tax) + 2.5% Import Tax

USA

  • If you are within the USA the estimated duty rates for importing jewelry are as below.

  • Orders below $800 CIF Value (Cost, Insurance and Freight) are not subject to any tax.

  • Orders above $800 CIF Value (Cost, Insurance and Freight) are subject to the below tax rates.

  • If the product price after any discount is below $1.50 per piece then the item is subject to 0% tax.

  • If the product price is over $1.50 per piece then the item is subject to 5% import tax and duty.

  • * Anything sold in a pair counts as two pieces.

Please note that the figures above are ONLY ESTIMATES and are not the guaranteed rates.

FINAL SALE

Sale items, special orders, personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as not eligible for return in its description are final sale and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns from any pop-up shop purchases or purchases made through our third-party vendors.

LATE RETURNS

Any item returned after 15 days from order date is not eligible for a refund.

REFUNDS

Due to COVID, returns are being delayed 2-4 weeks due to volume and additional safety precautions taken by shipping carriers and at our return center. Refunds are issued once your return has been processed and the items have been checked at our return center. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10-14 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.
